With the recent spread of Coronovirus (COVID-19), we understand there are questions regarding general health and welfare of our participants. CCUSA is monitoring updates about Coronavirus from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization, and the U.S. Department of State. CCUSA is working in close partnership with our international offices around the world to ensure the most recent information is communicated to our participants.CCUSA has informed our participants to avoid traveling through countries with a CDC Level Three warning status. As of February 28th, 2020, CCUSA has closed applications from China for our Work Experience USA program. Due to changes in University break dates and visa processing availability, CCUSA prefers to take a conservative approach and close applications now. This allows our valued host employers to properly plan for the season, as well as allowing for the least amount of disruption to our Chinese participants summer plans.
